Buffalo Center man to plead guilty in fraud case

A Buffalo Center man accused of defrauding a company of more than $300,000 is scheduled to enter a guilty plea next week. Richard Wubben, 47, has been charged in U.S. District Court with one count of mail fraud for allegedly keeping the sales proceeds of about $318,485 worth of ag-related products while working for Titan Pro. Wubben had worked for the Clear Lake company since 2012.
